Nekusar, The Mindrazer is a commander deck that is meant to force people to draw lots of cards and take a lot of damage. There are a few combos in here that will win you the game if you play them right. One is Temple Bell with Mind over Matter and Nekusar. There are also a lot of combo cards that go well together. It can get very confusing sometimes. So you need to know how to play it without missing triggers.
