The combo is simple. Just find low mana cost cards to help protect Blistercoil Weird if needed. It can run off of 8 to 10 lands. Because you only need one mana to put Paradise Mantle on Blistercoil Weird. When you play Cerulean Wisps make sure you untap Blistercoil Weird with Cerulean Wisps ability. then tap Blistercoil Weird for a mana then he untaps with his ability. I put the Quicken]] on the maybe because I didn't know Ponder was illegal. If you are looking to play in a modern tournament just swap out Quicken for Ponder and you should be good.
