this deck is capable of using 5 colors, but it really only runs off of three, Black, Blue, and Red.what you have to do is either wait to use your expensive cards, or wait until you have fist of suns, to use your expensive cards (which you don't need to use, but nice to have anyway,) you use cards like Grasp of Darkness or Skinrender to control what monsters your opponent can use.
