Deck inspired by Mono Blue Tron that tries to lock the game with Possessed Portal and Spine of Ish Sah. Really good at stopping haymakers, really bad at stopping slowly bleeding out to medium-size creature beats.

I use proxies for expensive lands and some of the cool cards that I wouldn't get to play with (Chandra, Dockside, Rhystic). While I could proxy fast mana, free counters, and the best tutors, this deck isn't aiming to be that strong.
