Now if you have been following me for a while you know I love pauper, (my most popular deck is here I almost feel bad, yes, I am shamelessly plugging my decks) and this deck is going to be fun. Now I usually am not a big control or combo player, I like to beat face. And because of this I don't often play blue. But I have always always loved ninjas, and this is what this deck is. A competitive, fast moving, quicker winning deck. We have 3 ninjas in our deck (there are four pauper legal ninjas but Okiba-Gang Shinobi just doesn't cut it except as a one of, and in the sideboard) but ultimately I'm dividing this deck into four other sections. Ninjas, Friends of Ninjas, Miscellaneous, and sideboard.
The main gems of this deck are the ninjas Mistblade Shinobi, Skullsnatcher, and Ninja of the Deep Hours one tip for you, unless you are forced to NEVER, NEVER hardcast your ninjas, use ninjutsu, it's better. for two reasons; due to the meta being full of creature aggro, removal is heavy, veeerryy heavy, and a somewhat decent amount of said removal is at sorcery speed cards like Pacifism. With ninjutsu, you get to get damage in without the worrying of sorcery speed removal, instant speed removal still kills you, but no deck except bogles can deal with that. Second; its just better, in general you get bonus' from the ninjutsu, you pay less mana, and a lot of ninjas friends are free. Which brings us into our next section
The ninjas may be the poster boys, girls, and rats, of this deck. But the ninja friends are the bread and butter, Ornithopter, Phyrexian Walker, Slither Blade, Faerie Miscreant, Slither Blade, Tormented Soul, and Dimir Infiltrator. Now you may notice that there are more ninja friends than there are ninjas, yes yes there are, this is because we can simply "overrun" them with the simple card Scare Tactics in the rare case we don't have ninjas this on its own is a finisher, kinda miscellaneous but combined with a ton of creatures it is easily a wincon. another reason for the excess of Friends, is that we will always want them attacking if we have ninjas in hand. when it comes to the 0 cost creatures Ornithopter, Kobolds of Kher Keep and, Phyrexian Walker ( the latter two are highly underrated, and I use them in a lot of decks, pauper or not) you decide when to and when not to play them, really up to you.
Explanations for random cards. Diabolic Edict, Chainer's Edict is arguably better however we want instant speed removal, be it for Slippery Bogles or for Ulamog's Crusher. Unsummon good for us to Unsummon our ninjas for protection, or to Unsummon their big stuff. Distortion Strike gives some stuff that may not be unblockable the ability to be unblockable for two turns.
Dispel against controlly matchups. Bojuka Bog for graveyard hate. Scare Tactics why not. Diabolic Edict for more removal. Chainer's Edict for even more removal.Okiba-Gang Shinobi if you needed more ninjas.
As always, I always appreciate recommendations, though they may not always be used, they are always appreciated.

I ended up tweaking the sideboard, due to the fact that on this own is extremely removal heavy. So goodbye Diabolic Edict and Chainer's Edict and hello Pestilence this is for Elves, tokens, and other such creatures. Also getting rid of the bojuka bogs and replacing them with 3 more Dimir Infiltrator, this us because I need to hit my untapped land drops to get my deck going, and they tutor for Skullsnatcher which exile graveyards.
