That's My Oathbreaker deck, I use the static hability on Nissa, Who Shakes the World to get to 12 mana on turn 5 or 6 and use Finale of Devastation to slam one of the finishers of the deck:

if you are low on creatures on the board, you can always use Avenger of Zendikar to create the plant tokens and make an alpha strike using 10/11 plant tokens and a 15/15 Avenger.

if your board has some creatures, you can use Pathbreaker Ibex , Aggressive Mammoth or even End-Raze Forerunners to finish using trample

if you need to make your creatures unblockable, Siege Behemoth is your choice

if you already have trample for all your creatures, than God-Eternal Rhonas is the best choice for killing an entire board
