Finally did some big upgrades, took out some cards that were fun, but didn't fit in a cEDH deck. Now its way better for it.

Happy little lightning bolts. Niv Mizzet is a really fun commander to play. This is a deck edging closer to a cEDH build but lacking consistency in getting Niv out quickly to do his thing.

Strategy:

(had to take out Hullbreacher so did a couple of "small" upgrades)

This deck's strategy is to remove problems through Niv's pings, keep the hand full of cards, react to plays with a large assortment of counterspells, then go infinite with one of a couple infinite loop possibilities involving Niv's triggered ability.

Wincons:

The primary win condition for this deck is to go infinite with cards like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout. With any of these in play, draw a card and Niv loops infinitely until all opponents are dead. Not enough cards in your library? No problem. Thassa's Oracle has your back.

Though not infinite themselves, Psychosis Crawler and Psychic Corrosion can both do a ton of work in this deck as well and can be their own win conditions with the right setup.
