Sideboard

Grixis Control, removal and counter heavy, the creature base is mostly hard hitting flyers. This is the latest evolution of a long term deck project, I've been struggling to strike a balance between specialisation, with so many diverse and powerful cards available in the colours its been hard too restrict myself to 4 ofs that will make the deck have certain answers more consistently. This has been performing quite well and is slowly but surely enjoying the shift away from aggro in the meta. Up until now it had been mostly a case of, survive the blitz just long enough to land a big stabiliser and take control. Thankfully against the mid-range and Control decks I have the couple turns I need to settle down into a rythm and then have a good game.

The primary power of Grixis seems to be its very cheap, card for card trades that exhaust your opponents hand and board. Oppossing threats do not live long and my board assets are well protected.

Please let me know what you think.
