Getting the Combo

Dizzy Spell transmutes for Curiosity

Drift of Phantasms transmutes for Ophidian Eye or Tandem Lookout

Mystical Tutor and Spellseeker can both get Dizzy Spell

Gamble can also get anything we need

Otherwise, we are relying on Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Wheels to generate enough card draw to find our combo pieces

Executing the Win

It's important that we don't go off before reaching the critical point of having more cards in library than our opponents combined life totals. This is easier to get the fewer opponents we start with.

Alternatively, we need to have enough mana open to cast Time Spiral (or Echo of Eons / Timetwister) to refill our library on the fly. Notably, wheels are sorcery speed so we have to let the stack resolve before casting one. As such, it is a good idea to leave an amount of cards in library to avoid decking ourselves.

Getting Galaxy Points

Since this version of the Niv combo is Not infinite, we win on non-combat damage for more points

We can ping ourselves for 25 (or whatever the number is these days) if resources allow

We can also bring our own life total below 5 (or whatever the number is these days)

Having less than 10 cards in library is EZ
