Standard budget deck featuring Nivix Cyclops and a high density of instants and sorceries to power it. The non-creature spells all power the cyclops while scoring tempo hits against the opponent (Voyage's End), locking down their creatures (Inaction Injunction) or breaking in for more damage (Titan's Strength), whilst at least cycling themselves or scrying away dead draws.

The Goblin Electromancers increase the number of actions you can make per turn, and the Stealers of Secrets get in for card draw or tactical blocks.
