A very simple, probably not very good, deck revolving around Lutri, the Spellchaser , everyone's favorite Elemental Otter who's banned in commander. I used a grixis control shell, since that sort of deck already runs lots of 1-ofs, and likes instants and sorceries. I tried to include as many redundant effects as I could, and as many Snapcaster Mage effects as I could, as no duplicates means that recycling spells out of your yard is a great boon. Any feedback is appreciated, but I refuse to cut Toshiro Umezawa
