This is a creaturless deck besides the commander that completly locks every one down.

With this deck you try to get out the stax pieces. Getting out Propaganda , Back to Basics or one of the several stax pieces slows down your opponents enough to get out Knowledge Pool and Omen Machine . Those two combined with Lavinia, Azorius Renegade make it so everything your opponents try to play get countered and they can't draw cards.

The win conditions are using the steal your opponents creatures like cards Bribery or Blatant Thievery and Approach of the Second Sun .
