Graveyard shenanigans!

All opening hands with at least two mana and a few creatures will work due to Lotleth Troll being able to be summoned at any time. Summon him early, but try to make sure you can keep a black open for regenerate. Or just a pile of creatures in hand if necessary.

Fill your graveyard to fuel your uncommon, Boneyard Wurm, and Undergrowth Scavenger.

The most fun comes from sacrificing/discarding Shambling Shell then dredging him back to sacrifice to Lotleth again, and again, and again, which also makes the graveyard big for the Wurm and Scavenger.

Worst case scenario, toss a mouldervine cloak on Lotleth Troll or any random mana dork to keep the hate up.
