New and improved version of my old Norin deck: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/budget-norin-the-jank/.

It spent a good amount of time as a Heartless Hidetsugu deck, which served well for a while but was less fun to play, so I rebuilt it into Norin. Now its a good mix of funny cards, boardwipes, and actual Norin synergy. I'd rate this deck's power level as a 3-5/10 depending on how lucky you are.

The goal of the deck is to sow as much chaos as possible, so naturally it kinda melts if you get targeted by a salty player (or in a 1v1). I'd call it mid-range deck based on the average CMC, but it's pretty weak against an aggro deck. In a four player game you're not likely to be seen as a threat to the control player at the table and the aggro player will naturally go for them so that's those problems solved. Your general strategy is to get around 3-4 lands in hand, play some synergy card and have board wipes at the ready for when things go awry. From there you can just chip away at your opponent's health. There's the Act of Treason + Fling (or something similar) combo which is a funny way to kill a pesky indestructible creature, and if one player has too much of an advantage you can always blow up their lands with cards like Stone Rain and Pillage which always pisses them off. It doesn't matter because this deck is here for a fun time not a long time.
