A fairly simple deck based on an old premade deck.

Defend using Defender, Drift of the Dead powered up by the amount of snow lands you control, Wall of Frost, Wall of Bone & a few Snow Devil enchantments to give any of your walls flying to catch those pesky flying creatures.

Attack using low cost Rimebound Dead (with a low cost regenerate mana ability) then your main attacker, Rimefeather Owl with flying, powered up by snow permanants in play & kept safe from enemy spells by Alexi's Cloak.

Control the enemy using Countersquall or Dimir Charm for noncreature/sorcery spells (you could replace either of these with less gimmicky blue counters like Cancel or Disallow), Unsummon or Rimewind Taskmage's ability to help get an annoying creature out of the way of your attackers.
