Modern is expensive. At least it isn't standard when your $300 decks would rotate in about a year. Modern is so expensive. I have 2 modern decks. Living End and Eldrazi and Taxes. Both decks are under $500 and even though that is considered "reasonable", THAT IS SO MUCH MUNY. That is $800 dollars for 150 pieces of card board. ( ) Card board.
MTGO allows you to play Magic online! Great. I love playing limited. Drafting is so much fun. The only problem is I sometimes win and I sometimes don't. I can't keep on spending tix to draft. I decided that it was time to find a constructed deck, preferably modern, that would allow me to win on a solid average and make me play points to use for playing drafts. I looked on MTG Goldfish. 300 tix, 500 tix, 200 tix, 700 tix. ( ) Once again to expensive. I got to save my money for school, food, insurance. I can't be spending this amount of money on virtual cards. I finally found a deck for a good price of 150 tix that I could build and play with. G/B Elves. Except the fact that 150 tix was still a bit over budget. I was aiming for about 100 tix. I made some changes and I got this competitive, budget modern list for G/B CoCo Elves.
Shit out a bunch of elves. If your opponent plays a Damnation, feel free to flip a table.
