This deck aims to utilizing a flicker effects that triggers various effects and finally lifedrain an opponent. Also I tried to construct the deck as a control, where I can store valuable permanents in exile if needed and protect them via flicker effect, while decimating opponents permanents with other cards.

As passascats suggested (thank you for that), I removed (almost all) single target flicker instants as there really was too much of a flicker effect in the deck. I added cards he mentioned and tried to balance it a little.

Decided to switch off the budget thing.
