This is a commander deck built around Noyan dar, roil shaper but i believe that azorius isn't the optimal colorcombination rot a lands deck. Noyan is an ally creature wich means that General tazri can tuter for him and make the deck five colours (in this deck three colours).

The main wincon is to get out blinkmoth nexus and cast three instants and/or sorcerys use its ability and poke someone for 10 infect damage or a land like Blightsteel citadel that is indestructable and flying and trampely and all kinds of keywords. If that doesn't work you can begin a beatdown with regular lands.

Nother good combo is Jeskai Acendancy. Paired with a buyback card and a couple of land dudes you can go ininate easy.

Spells with cheap buyback costs are allstars in this deck. Mystic speculation, Clockspinning and capsize are awesome. And view from above is the beastest of them all.

There are a supricing amount of anti-landhate cards in magic witch we can make good use of. Equinox, Terra eternal,Teferi's response and sacred Ground all make your lands more reciliant.

BUT. The number one moast important thing in this deck are... The onesided BOARDWIPES! use all the wipes that say nonLAND permanent and Swisch. All problems gone. But not your oponents problems because they are lands

I use two enchantment tutors to find ether Terra ethernal or jeskai acendency.
