Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper as the Commander

Looking to make a decent control style deck that just makes big lands. I want to stack up as many worthwhile cantrips as I can simply because I like them, then round out the deck with any cards that suit the overall strategy of beating face with lands. For creatures I'm thinking of just keeping it to some defenders to keep me safe and that's it, unless a creature is so good for the deck that it's a must include. For now I'll say its a budget deck since I'm not yet sure how much I want to spend on it
