Not quite extinct. Intended to cheat out carnage tyrant after using him as discard fodder for disruption cost using cards like vigor Mortis and zombify. Using whisper and tracker for card draw. The ramp in the deck with elves and birds provide the option to amass alot of mana very quickly leading to large torment of hailfire uses which helps with creature rush and flyers if not outright winning the game.
