My mono green devotion deck for FNM. Its focused towards early damage through Kalonian Tusker and two-for-oneing with Genesis Hydra. Nissa is used for 4/4 bodies and HUGE ramp into mist cutters and Genesis. Pretty Standard mono-green devotion. I am open to suggestions although I would like to keep it rotation friendly (except what is already in the deck). Once more cards are spoiled for Khans Id be happy to hear what you guys think about green cards for this deck.

NOTE: I have already tested BTE in this deck and it doesnt chain well with anything but itself since Kalonian Tusker costs GG.

went 4-0 at FNM.

2-0 against JUNK control. first game he got mana flooded. Second game was went long but he didn't have enough removal for my creatures. Kalonian Tusker did quite well applying early pressure.

2-1 against JUNK aggro. first game he got stuck on 3 mana although he played all 4 Voice of Resurgence. Game 2 I got mana screwed after a T1 Forest + Mystic then T2 Forest plus Courser then i just got crushed by a turn 4 Archangel of Thune with a Courser on board. Game 3 was a good game we both drew well but i was in control the majoity of the game. Sided in Back to Nature and it came in handy clearing two of his Coursers, Underworld Connections and Banishing Light on Nylea at the cost of one of my Coursers. A strong Nykthos helped me chain my cards and a large Genesis Hydra found a Reverent Hunter with 18 1/1 counters! Then drew a Nylea, God of the Hunt and that was the end of the game. 2-0 Izzet combo?? His deck revolved around a Nivix Cyclops getting huge. It was a very weird deck but Setessan Tactics killed it Early both times. 2-0 B/W aggro. Little worried going into this one expected to be raced by Dryad Militants first game a second turn Courser was enough to stuff her early. Although she did play 4 1-drops and a 2drop by her third turn. A nykthos Polukranos, World Eater was enough to eat the creatures. second game Nissa, World Waker really came through and the sideboarded Reclamation Sage saved her from Banishing Light. I also used alot of end of her turn Setessan Tactics to kill alot of her creatures, trying to protect against a Brave the Elements since i could monstrous Polukranos on my turn.
