My attempt at building Merfolk tribal as my first Oathbreaker deck with Tamiyo, Field Researcher as the oathbreaker and her signature spell is TBD. The goal of this deck is to just be a somewhat tempo bant fish deck with some disruption to sneak through combat damage against my opponents.
