It's Obeka, abuse the end step!

Cool Mechanics:

Any card that denotes "at beginning of next end step" or "at end of turn" consequences can be skipped if you activate Obeka in response to the effects going on the stack in the end step. If you skip them this way they do not trigger again, letting you keep the effect or card permanently.

*Disclaimer: Some of the original printings of the cards on this list say "until end of turn" but have been errata'ed to say "beginning of next end step" you have to make decisions on whether it works with Obeka or not based on the oracle text, not the physical card text. But, in general, if the key word says "at" it's good, if it says "until" it doesn't work.

Myriad interacts insanely with Obeka. Because the sacrifice trigger is only during combats where the myriad creature attacked, if you activate Obeka after the damage step but before the end of combat you get to keep any existing myriad tokens in play. Also, if you only want tokens, and want to prevent losing them to blockers, you can end the turn after the declare attackers step, that way your tokens won't die to being blocked.

With cards like Rakdos Carnarium, Lotus Field, or Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger if you activate Obeka while their negative effect is on the stack and end the turn, you won't have to bounce or sacrifice things.

Infinte Combos/ Win-Cons:

-> Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + (Fatestitcher or Vizier of Tumbling Sands or Spark Double or Combat Celebrant.

Make infinite tokens with varying levels of ridiculous outcomes. Swing for damage or sacrifice them to Altar of Dementia.

-> Altar of Dementia + Spark Double + Puppeteer Clique.

Summon Spark Double as a copy of Puppeteer Clique, sacrifice Spark Double to Altar of Dementia, when Spark Double re-enters with persist, copy Puppeteer Clique, it also gets a +1/+1 counter. Repeat infinitely.

-> Final Fortune + (Elite Arcanist or Isochron Scepter)+ Obeka, Brute Chronologist

-> Elite Arcanist + Nexus of Fate

-> Archaeomancer + Feldon of the Third Path + Final Fortune + Obeka, Brute Chronologist.

Take infinite turns

OUT: Mountain - IN: Rakdos Carnarium

OUT: Field of the Dead - IN: Lotus Vale

Being able to make lands into ramp is pretty strong. I don't have a lot of token synergies in this deck so I can afford to ditch the Field of the Dead.

OUT: Malakir Rebirth  Flip - IN: Dawn of the Dead

Dawn of the Dead seems pretty fantastic with the potential this deck has for dumping a ton of cards in the graveyard. I agonized over it for hours and couldn't figure out what to cut to put this in though. Ultimately, I decided that cutting the Malakir would be the lesser of the evils, and it still leaves me with 35 lands in the deck. Taking into account that 2 of the lands tap for 3, and 3 of the lands tap for 2, I might not notice the difference... hopefully.
