The aim of the game is to bleed your opponents dry.
We do this by keep our health nice and high and slowly chipping away at theirs. Extort is a big thing, as in EDH its much stronger due to extra opponents.
We also run a ton of removal to run over any big bombs our opponents play Path to Exile, Mortify and such.
We want to make it hard for our opponents to attack us and for them to pay if they do so we run things like Ghostly Prison, Hissing Miasma , Dread, Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker.
We run standard ramp stuff like the Signets and Commander Sphere to help us along
We have some big dirty creatures like Divinity of Pride, Ashen Rider, Angel of Despair , Grave Titan ,Serra Avatar , Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts because I like bombs.
Some Draw around too Underworld Connections , Bloodgift Demon , Wall of Omens , Well of Lost Dreams , Alhammarret's Archive , Promise of Power
Instant wrath for when Obby is in exile Fated Retribution & Rout

All in all they deck is designed to be grindy, you gain life, they lose life its hard for them to attack while you draw more and blow everything up for good measure just to do it all over again

I'd like to stick more to the theme of the deck which is "Drain and Gain". If you know any cards that are good for this that I've missed let me know and I'll add them in.
