Ultimate objective is to have Pestilence in play with both Pariah + Treacherous Link enchanting a creature the opponent controls. From there, you are able to deal 3x the damage to your opponent using Pestilence than you are dealing to yourself.

You can magnify this effect by either playing Samite Ministration to gain some life instead, or Equal Treatment to double this damage. Use Chimeric Idol or Mystic Crusader to keep Pestilence alive (it dies if there are no creatures in play at the end of the turn!).

Looking for suggestions to replace Mystic Crusader with something more effective/efficient that only costs 1P with a converted mana cost of 3 or fewer.
