Basic idea is to lock down your opponent's mana base through Propaganda and Ghostly Prison, then use creatures like True-Name Nemesis and Master of Waves to finish things off. I've included a lot of card draw/digging in the deck to help you draw into your mana-locking cards.

Some cool combos include:

Hall of Triumph + Master of Waves : This makes it so that all your Elemental tokens aren't immediately killed if your Master of Waves gets removed.

Bident of Thassa + Polymorphist's Jest : Pull a Polymorphist's Jest on them, use the Bident to force all their creatures to attack, then block as many creatures as you can to kill them off. BONUS: If you have a Master of Waves with a bunch of elemental tokens on the battlefield, then you can easily chump block a few of your tokens away to kill off their creatures. Does your opponent have a Griselbrand or an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on the battlefield? The look on their face will be priceless when you pull this little stunt.
