Flicker Force 3.0

Latest version of flicker force. An attempt at a competitive U/R (combo) deck. See the "problems" section if you want to help.

The Combo:

• Dead-eye Navigator: For flickering Deceiver Exarch
• Deceiver Exarch: For untapping Gilded Lotus
• Zealous Conscript: Alternative untapping or stealing stuff
• Gilded Lotus: For generating mana

Post Rotation:

This combo works without deciever exarch. However the 5 drop spot is shared with zealous conscripts and gilded lotus making this somewhat undesirable.

• Mana Leak -> Charm: This thing is pretty much mana leak but better. Does rely on having a strong manabase though as im sure most guild cards will.

Problems:

• Oblivion Ring/Artifact Hate: Have not seen much and yet with pod decks and pikes everywhere I expect to see more artifact hate in the future. Some form of defense required.

• Early Game: Require more methods of delaying during the build up to the combo. Currently Whipflare turns 2-3 to keep the board clean and then Exarch turns 3-5 to tap down any major threats works decently. Having major problems against planeswalkers though.

• Mana Base: Im currently testing to see if I can consistently hit the mana I need.
