A R/B control deck utilizing Olivia's ability to kill and steal creatures. How the deck wins is either through dealing 21 commander damage, or through stealing opponent's creatures with Olivia or Insurrection.
Acceleration: The deck has a number of different ways to accelerate, such as: mana rocks, Terrain Generator, Burnished Hart, Solemn Simulacrum, Manaforge Cinder (color fixing), Heartless Summoning, which allows me to cast Olivia as early as turn 3, Heartstone, and Braid of Fire, both of which help Olivia control the board. Braid of Fire also servers to untap Mana Vault and Grim Monolith.
Removal: This deck favors instants over sorceries when possible for the interactions with Braid of Fire. Olviia does a lot of work in this department with Basilisk Collar. Chaos Warp serves to tuck other commanders or get rid of other threats. Steel Hellkite is additional removal, because RB lacks enchantment removal. Shattering Pulse and Into the Core deal with artifacts, while Hero's Downfall and Vampire Hexmage can deal with creatures or Planeswalkers; Slaughter Pact and Snuff Out are free kill spells. Dark Imposter and Drana can also hold their own and kill other creatures. The sweeper package consists of Magmaquake, Void, Life's Finale, Fault Line, and Fire Covenant.
Disruption: RB shines in preemptively removing threats. Monomania, Rakdos' Return, Persecute, Mind Twist, Mind Shatter all remove threats from opponent's hands, while Destructive Force, Wildfire, Ruination, Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon destroy or deny lands. Sadistic Sacrament, Slaughter Games, Dimir Machinations, Shred Memory, and Rakdos Charm, and Nezumi Graverobber serve to remove threats directly from the deck and graveyard.
Card Advantage and Tutors: Skeletal Scrying, Necropotence, Read the Bones, Beseech the Queen, Diabolic Tutor, Increasing Ambition, Shred Memory, Dimir Machinations and Liliana Vess can all tutor, though I could definitely upgrade these if I had the budget.
Red Elemental Blast and Pyroblast are a metagame choice, as there are many blue players around.
