Basically, you'll gain a ton of life. There's a lot of bleed and a fair amount of counters to make it so you can get things on the field without hassle. I also have enough creatures and enchantments that it makes it unappealing to swing at me. I've added a couple combo pieces with the infinite life gain combo and a way to abuse Aetherflux Reservoir with Sydri.
