The big boy bean Omnath is finally back and in my opinion pretty balanced for a Land-matters commander with access to four colors. Why do I think that?

The number of activations of his Landfall ability is limited, so no extra crazy Scapeshift-esque plays. We still be running that, but it's not much better as it is in Kynaios and Tiro, which was previously the first choice for an Ink-Treader Land-matters commander.

Additionally we are getting White instead of Black as the fourth Omnath color. *Insert Joke about White being the weakest color of Magic here*

So no Gitrog Monster, no Lord Windgrace, no Dakmor Salvage, no Tutors and so on.

We still do get some very nice White cards so I won't complain too much about that.

The decklist should speak for itself, but here is a quick rundown of notable cards:

Field of Ruin, Tectonic Edge: Land destruction to deal with annoying Lands our opponents control, not to disrupt their mana.

Field of the Dead: Getting to 7 Lands with different names in this deck should not be an issue and this thing is busted.

Glacial Chasm: We have many ways of dealing damage to our opponents, so we don't need those attacks. Beware of loss of life tho, it won't protect you against that.

Oboro, Palace in the Clouds: Free, repeatable Landfall triggers if you are out of Lands? Ima take those.

Thespian's Stage: Mostly to copy our Valakut, but another Field of the Dead is pretty nice as well. Can also be used on your opponents Lands so keep that in mind.

Tolaria West: Transmute to find any Land is super useful and you can play it if you are in desperate need for blue mana.

Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle: Three damage on any target per Mountain or any Land with Prismatic Omen or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove? Yes please! Also obviously wins you the game in most cases when combined with a Scapeshift

Risen Reef: Basically a Coiling Oracle but for all Elementals. Goes off like crazy with Omnath, Locus of Rage

Greater Good: Both sac outlet and card draw. Works well with big tokens. Fills our graveyard. Great overall.

Retreat to Coralhelm: Synergizes/Comboes with Sakura-Tribe Scout, Risen Reef, Oracle of Mul Daya and Radha, Heart of Keld

Trade Routes: Same as Oboro, Palace in the Clouds plus some nice draw.

Well of Lost Dreams: Turns Omnaths first Landfall trigger into 4-mana - draw 4. Combine it with a fetch Land and draw 4 basically for free. (Let Omnaths first trigger resolve and in response to the trigger of Well crack the fetch to get which pays for Well)

Ghostly Flicker: Very versatile: Protection from targeted removal, Landfall, ETB abuse. Get creative with that.

Dual-faced Lands like Bala Ged Recovery  , Ondu Inversion  , Sea Gate Restoration   and Turntimber Symbiosis   should be no-brainer.

Those four are the only ones included since I wanted to cut mostly similar cards the deck would already run (recursion, boardwipes and card draw) and only put in Turntimber Symbiosis   instead of a Land.

The other dual-faced Lands were either to restrictive (Shatterskull Smashing  ) or downright unplayable *looking at you Emeria's Call  *

Feel free to criticise and/or give some advise. But keep in mind that this deck is created with cards that I own or am able to afford.

I'd be happy if you let me know of cards, you think are underrated and should be included here.

Thanks for reading ;)
