Attention!
Any feed back is appreciated! Also I want to put Whisperwood Elemental into the deck, put I don't know what to take out, so if you have ideas one what to take out and whether or not to put one or two of him into the deck I would Like to hear your idea
Idea
The deck is based around Yisan, the Wanderer Bard to fetch every thing from my deck. Normally Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is to slow by him self and isn't worth playing. But with Kiora's Follower out I can hopefully search twice a turn and with Prophet of Kruphix the deck can really explode by getting a Polukranos, World Eater and a Prophet of Kruphix on your turn, into a Hornet Queen and a
Archetype of Endurance
pretty much means game over. CreaturesOne Drops-
Sedge Scorpion
Really helps holding back any sort of mid range deck and big creature decks. I will take it out against control and aggro decks though-Elvish Mystic Basic mana ramper and when pulled with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard ( when the opponent's board state doesn't require me fetching a
Sedge Scorpion
) can really help me get things out quicker or fetch and play a card from my hand in the same turn
Two Drops-Kiora's Follower Really lets Yisan, the Wanderer Bard start going off and is just good all around. It is a mana ramper, a combat trick, when you leave it up and swing with your big creature and your opponent thinks your just going to search for something when you just untap your
Sedge Scorpion
That all all said this card increases the decks efficiency ten-fold
Three Drops-Yisan, the Wanderer Bard The decks main engine-Courser of Kruphix The most solid three drop in green that is standard legal. It ramps you, blocks, gains you life, lets you draw more spells. What more could I Want!
Four Drops-Polukranos, World Eater A giant stick for me to beat my opponents with and at the same time removal. A situation I've found is that I return him to my hands fairly often to reset his monstrosity to kill more dudes. Especially when I return him on the opponents turn and replay him with Prophet of Kruphix and then my turn monstrosity, kill their dudes at hit them for a massive amount of damage-Temur Sabertooth This card has made this deck better ten-fold, it takes the place of the
Quickling
and
Peel from Reality
that I had in this deck, but this card does it so much better, for two mana I can bounce any creature I have and block whatever big thing they have to. Not to mention I can bounce Hornet Queen and reset Polukranos, the World Eater which can get pretty crazy when I have Prophet of Kruphix out
Five Drops-Prophet of Kruphix It does awesome things and makes my deck twice as efficient
Six Drops-Sagu Mauler I chose this for my six drop because it is just a thorn in peoples side, trample + hex proof = winning.I also thought about Hydra Broodmaster as my six drop but after play testing I found Sagu Mauler to be more useful.-Archetype of Imagination just wrecks the board, if I am doing my Yisan thing I already have an Elvish Mystic 1 damage Kiora's Follower 2 damage Courser of Kruphix 2 damage Polukranos, World Eater 5 Damage Prophet of Kruphix 2 damage I'm up to 12 damage here, plus anything else I might have so when I pull the ''Archetype of You Can't Touch This'' I'm hitting in with massive amount of damage
Seven Drops-Hornet Queen Hornet Queen is fantastic! Hornet Queen and
Setessan Tactics
is one of my favorite things to do, it just wrecks the opponent.
Eight Drops-
Archetype of Endurance
is amazing it just shuts down every answer except combat tricks and board wipes. It's just so good! some may argue that is to expensive but once your going off with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard it isn't difficult plus I have Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Courser of Kruphix to help with getting extra lands down. Also I have Elvish Mystic and Kiora's Follower to ramp into it on the off chance that I drew it.
Instants
One Mana-Ranger's Guile It is Important the my Yisan, the Wanderer Bard and Prophet of Kruphix live so I can keep doing things. The card protects my creatures and it also puts Prophet of Kruphix and Yisan the Wanderer Bard out of range of [[Anger of the Gods
Two mana-Reality Shift is the closet thing to hard removal in blue and green I've ever seen
-
Setessan Tactics
is the only, more or less, hard removal that I have access to in the green blue color combo. Hornet Queen
+
Setessan Tactics
means you have one the game. And when your opponent plays a
Doomwake Giant
to kill your tokens in response you strive
Setessan Tactics
target all your hornets and kill there board.
Three mana (X)-Chord of Calling Searches for whatever I need. When I'm Playing this deck I tend to keep Chord of Calling in my hand for a while Either to wait until I have enough creatures to grab an
Archetype of Endurance
or if I need an answer such as
Sedge Scorpion
or Reclamation Sage or Arbor of Colossus or Hornet Queen or a Clever Impersonator to play an instant speed Banishing Light
Planeswalker
-Kiora, the Crashing Wave helps me get to the long game by locking down there biggest creature, or if I need a land and one is revealed with Courser of Kruphix then I can -1 Kiora. And if the Ultimate Happens... good luck beating 9/9 Krakens
Side Board
--Reclamation Sage- It is there for all those Doomwake Giants and Eidolon of Blossoms and of course the all powerful Whip of Erebos
-
Setessan Tactics
if I need more
-Arbor of Colossus If an opponent has to many flyers
-Reality Shift for mid range decks
-Sagu Mauler if there deck is very removal heavy
-
Frost Walker
gets through Courser and Slyvin Caryatid, Enough Said
-Treasure Cruise I've found that when I play control my hand drys up rather quickly
