A sensible hardcore anti-Storm deck would probably consist of a) a single Bolt-proof threat that races well, b) cheap spot removal for Baral and Electromancer, c) graveyard hate and d) some sweeper for Empty the Warrens tokens. Probably also Leyline of Sanctity against Grapeshot and Gifts Ungiven. Also Thalia.
