The deck runs very less complex than it appears to. Chances for a turn 1 win are incredibly high. Chancellor of the Annex and Pact of Negation are run in the sideboard just in case you run in to any FOWs.
The deck wins by self mill with Laboratory Maniac. To produce mana, you use Elvish/Simian Spirit Guide, Lotus Petal, Chrome Mox (imprint any extra Balustrade Spies or Undercity Informer). The goal here is to produce 4 mana to either cast Balutrade Spy or Undercity Informer and activate it's 1 cost ability. But what happens when you are able to do so?
Well, it's self mill, so you will mill yourself until you hit a land. The good news here is that you don't have any, so you will mill yourself completely, but what happens then?
You have 4 Narcomoebas, but you only really need 3. For each one you mill, they will hit the battlefield. Use those to sacrifice to Dread Return's flashback cost to bring back Angel of Glory's Rise. From there, you bring back Azumi and Laboratory Maniac. All you have to do is tap one of them to draw and earn an easy win.
