Turn one win, it's that simple. Haven't done that math on win percentage for the turns, however, here's the combo. Get and cast a Balustrade Spy, or Undercity Informer. Then, if necessary, sac the Undercity Informer and mill your whole library. This will trigger 2-4 Narcomoebas, then, flash back Dread Return targeting the Underworld Cerberus, then sac the Underworld Cerberus to flash back Cabal Therapy, targeting your opponent for counter spells (if they haven't used them yet) or yourself naming any combo pieces left in your hand to pitch. Then, the Underworld Cerberus triggers, bringing back all your creatures. Then, you can exile spirit guides for mana, cast a wild cantor and sac for , then play a Laboratory Maniac and cycle a Street Wraith drawing a card from your empty library, winning the game.
