This deck is based off of a recent Craig Wescoe deck where he exploits the displacer's ability with ETB creatures.

Eldrazi Displacer's Flicker = EDF

EDF + Manifested enchantment = Block and removal, the ol' 2 for 1.

EDF + ETB creatures = Retriggers.

EDF + Gideon = Swing with Gideon, post combat flicker while he is a creature to have him re-enter as a "new" planeswalker to make a token or emblem.

EDF + Opponents creatures = flicker to stop attack on their turn or tap down their blockers. Token creatures simply wink out of existence.

With the low cost of most of our removal we should have and easy time with aggro decks and Midrange creature decks. Ramp decks let us gain value from Knight more and more as they also ramp.

Just wrecked my local Standard(and Modern) FNM event(s)

Round 1: Versus Jund Dragons. it wasn't an easy match most of it was removaing his early dorks and stripping his hand of Huge Threats. Won 2-1.

Round 2: Versus "Colorless" Eldrazi. Your basic Mimic, Reality Smasher, Thought-Knot, and Reshaper build. Won 2-0.

Round 3: Versus B/W... Stuff? It was a weird mash up of all the best B/W cards like Sorin, Kytheon AND Gideon, Obnixilis, Liliana, and kill spells. I won 2-0 by answering all her threats.

Round 4: Versus Mardu Dark-dwellers. These were grindy games. he had a pretty good Soulfire Grandmaster Roast rebuy combo going. but I had Mastery of the unseen and 8 mana. end step make 2 dudes, swing 4, and so on turn after turn. I eventually got a Wingmate and he couldn't deal with it. 2-0 win, lethal on turn 3 of overtime Turns.

Walked away with 4 packs and some Planewalker points to match, was a good night, Even won Modern at the other LGS earlier today. Played R/G TitanShift.
