I tried to make a sort of budget EDH deck that revolves around milling and thalassophobia (fear of large or deep water). Sea creatures felt like a fun theme, and milling goes well with the commander Wrexial. The theme of the deck might have ended up being too unfocused, but that should reveal itself over time with playtesting.

I initially wanted to go with Runo Stromkirk as the commander, but opted for Wrexial because I felt like building the deck around and playing with its ability would be more fun. I would like some feedback in terms of appropriate cards I might've missed, or cards I should cut in favor of others. The manabase needs some criticism too I feel like.

There are some cards which turn other lands into Islands, and I felt like that synergized well with the commander. I might need to put more of those in. I would like feedback and suggestiions on that too.
