overrun v2.1 (Standard MTG Deck)

now features Gyre Sage and Karametra's Acolyte as mana ramp instead of Elves, who both survive better against aggro removal like Shock compared to Llanowar Elves, for example.Since most of the beasts in this deck add 2 or more to the devotion count, Karametra's Acolyte is soon able to put your whole hand on the field.

With plenty of carddraw provided by Garruk's Packleader and Wirewood Savage , usually half the deck is on the battlefield by turn 6 or 7.

Akroma's Memorial gives haste to your mana-producers and literally makes beasts out of your creatures. Craterhoof Behemoth is only icing on the cake.
