This is based on the "Owl Be Damned" deck posted in this section.

I liked the deck, but I had issues getting creatures on board while holding onto 2 mana for counterspells.

So, for this idea, I added more 1-drop stuff, which led to me finding mill cards.

Cloud Sprite and Cathartic Adept let you drop a creature turn 1, the latter of which can then make a player mill 1.

Tome Scour and Memory Sluice let you mill if the stuff you looked at with your owls won't be helpful in the coming turns (like drawing Island after Island,) or can be used to hopefully make the opponent mill stuff like Lightning Bolt or Electrickery that can trash your creatures.
