Enchantment (3)

Artifact (4)

In the spirit of the old Owling Mine deck back in 2006, I played this archetype as my very first Modern deck after it won a daily in 2013 and have been developing my own list for awhile. It wrecked slower decks mercilessly and got me a couple 4-0s at a couple of FNMs.
Unfortunately, its bad matchups were awful, and it was very luck-based. You needed a Howling Mine effect or just lose, and aggro destroyed me.This changed when Day's Undoing was printed. You can pseudo-timewalk your opponent as long as possible and then just refill and combo with Ebony Owl Netsuke and a Runeflare Trap type effect. . . but it was still missing a more reliable clock.
Now enter Shadows Over Innistrad, and therein: Fevered Visions

This card does everything you want/need:- a Howling Mine where you draw first- a ticking clock on your opponent- dis shit stacks, yo!

9-9-2016 Update
Since my local FNM meta is HEAVILY aggro-based, I decided to move the Chalice of the Void man and the 4th Anger of the Gods to the main.
Moving the Chalices main sways the deck further toward the prison aspect of the deck than its combo parts, winning by clocking out your opponent after having Chalices locking out CMC 1&2. But I'm pretty okay with that. Playing a Chalice for X=1 on T1/T2 is really powerful and can give you a lot of time you wouldn't otherwise have against stupid-fast decks, as at least 1/2 of their spells are useless.
Also, I've found that (shocker!) Remand is really only good on the play, and I've been siding it out every time I'm on the draw.
Time Reversal is basically a 5th Day's Undoing which doesn't end your turn. Having 5 gas stations seems pretty normal when you have 8 Boomerangs
