** PLAY VIDEO TO MAXIMIZE YOUR DECK VIEWING EXPERIENCE **

All recognition goes to Sleazebag for this deck. I just wanted to have it on my page to keep track of the deck as I have it constructed (some definite upgrades). You should +1 his deck.

Step 1 = Play a sac fodder

Step 2 = Play a sac engine

Step 3 = Play Mikaeus, the Unhallowed

I will only list 3 card combos because any more gets to convoluted. Additionally, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed needs to be on the battlefield for all of these (this is a commander-centric deck) so he counts as one of our three cards:

Infinite pings:

Triskelion

Walking Ballista + any sac outlet / Blood Artist / Falkenrath Noble / Heartless Summoning / Zulaport Cutthroat

Infinite creature:

Devouring Swarm / Fallen Angel / Fallen Ideal / Flesh-Eater Imp + any sac fodder

Infinite tokens:

Genesis Chamber / Pawn of Ulamog + Triskelion / Walking Ballista

Infinite Mill:

Altar of Dementia + any sac fodder

Altar of the Brood / Bitter Ordeal + Triskelion / Walking Ballista

Grinding Station + any sac fodder except Lingering Tormentor / Puppeteer Clique / Skinrender

Infinite Black Mana:

Crystalline Crawler + any sac outlet

Infinite Colorless Mana:

Ashnod's Altar + any sac fodder

Workhorse + any sac outlet / Heartless Summoning

Infinite abuse of ETB/LTB effects of creatures in opponents' graveyards:

Puppeteer Clique + any sac outlet

Mass creature removal:

Skinrender + any sac outlet

Mass discard:

Sadistic Hypnotist + any sac fodder

Dimir Machinations = Devouring Swarm, Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, Blasting Station, Wingrattle Scarecrow, Tatterkite or Necrotic Ooze

Dimir House Guard & Fleshwrither = Flesh-Eater Imp, Lingering Tormentor, Pith Driller, Skinrender, Aetherworks Marvel or Falkenrath Noble

Netherborn Phalanx = Triskelion or Workhorse

2) Infinite pings with Blasting Station/Blood Artist/Falkenrath Noble/Triskelion/Zulaport Cutthroat

3) One hit lethal from Bloodthrone Vampire/Carrion Feeder/Devouring Swarm/Fallen Angel/Fallen Ideal/Flesh-Eater Imp

4) Big damage from Exsanguinate/Rite of Consumption

5) Infinite tokens from Genesis Chamber

Here's one of a few ways to get infinite pings on turn 3:

Turn 1 = Land, Sol Ring, Chainbreaker

Turn 2 = Land, Blasting Station

Turn 3 = Crystal Vein, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed

Non-basic lands like Cabal Coffers and Unholy Grotto can be switched out for Swamp. You can do without the Phyrexian Altar & Gravecrawler combo. Bitter Ordeal, Shallow Grave and Liliana Vess aren't necessary either. Already that puts it well under $100. If you are interested in taking it down even further, check out Mikaeus, Extreme Sub $20 Budget EDH

If money is no object:

Add general goodstuff which will slow the deck down but make it better prepared for the long game. You can check out Sleazebag's upgrade list Mikaeus, Extreme Not So Budget EDH

I love the challenge of building really cheap decks. This is how the majority of my real life decks start out and then I improve them over time.

Updates Add

I finally got to play this deck IRL and it had amazing results. Playing against an Arcum Dagsson deck that is super fast, here's what happened:

Turn 1: Land, Altar of the Brood

Turn 2: Land, Spincrusher

Turn 3: Land, Phyrexian Ghoul

Turn 4: Land, Diabolic Tutor to get Sol Ring

Turn 5: Land, Sol Ring, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed...Win

I infinitely sac'd Spincrusher with Phyrexian Ghoul and brought it back with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, each time taking off the +1/+1 with Spincrusher's ability. This made Phyrexian Ghoul have infinite power, but he had chump blockers in the way. Instead, Altar of the Brood milled his entire library every time Spincrusher came back.

This deck is OP.
