Want to play control without having to use blue? Want to exile everything that your opponents love and care about? This is the deck for you. Make your opponents pay for the creatures that they don't want to have to deal with, then reanimate them or bring them back to your hand just to spite them. Up against other lifegain decks? Tainted Remedy. Up against token generating strategies? Blood Artist and Suture Priest to make them pay, and Soul Warden to provide a cushion. Someone playing a mono blue control deck? Iona, Shield of Emeria to rescue and for the lock out. Up against Superfriends? Thief of Blood takes them all down, while giving you a big fat flyer (also works really well on any of the ascensions, Door of Destinies, and Darksteel Reactor). This deck doesn't hold more than a handful of permanents in play at the same time, so Ward of Bones helps to slow the roll of more aggressive decks, while allowing you to set up for the kill.
