This is a bit better in multiplayer games but should be ok in 1v1's as well. You make opponents draw, make them hurt for drawing, and then make them hate you as you get a bunch of mana from Smothering Tithe . By the end of a few games you should have no friends left, let those treasure tokens replace them.

• Peer into the Abyss should be your instant win con as long as you have Fate Unraveler or Underworld Dreams out.

• Thoughtseize , Hymn to Tourach , and Kitesail Freebooter for that spell control/early game stall. Adjust with Doom Blade , Go for the Throat , Baleful Mastery , and other sideboard items depending on what you play against.

• Rankle, Master of Pranks for that nasty flying threat. His effects work well with the theme of the deck and is also super good for putting cards in your hand too.

• Now I'm probably gonna get some flack for for having plains in the deck just for Smothering Tithe , and I agree, its kinda stupid, but Smothering Tithe is pretty much a must have and is insane with Peer into the Abyss . In certain deck matchups its better to swap out for different cards though, use your own discretion.

• We got those Vampire of the Dire Moon for the early game protection and poke along with that deathtouch threat.

• Horn of Greed for the threat to play lands with the good draw con for me. This is works best in multiplayer games. Replace with 2x Culling the Weak in 1v1s. Once again depends on what you play against. Against green ramp/landfall or something it would probably be good to swap in.

Biggest thing I think this deck struggles with is a consistent early game, any suggestions would be much appreciated. This deck can be bought for definitely under 200, and there are also lots of budget card swaps you can do like changing Thoughtseize for Duress , etc. As a sidenote, irl I play this with 1x Demonic Tutor cause I got it in a collectors pack and my group plays with vintage restrictions. Luckiest draw of my life lol.
