I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to build a Perrie “counters matter” or a Rafiq Exalted deck. Then it hit me- both have the same goal: swinging for insane damage with one creature. So here we are- a deck with between 40-50 different kinds of counters to make Perrie give a massive damage boost to a creature attacking alone, boosted by Exalted effects.
