This deck is based around Persistent Petitioners and Doubling Chant . The strategy here is to get out the 1-cost advisors out early, then play your Persistent Petitioners on turn 3 to tap for the mill. Once you build up enough petitioners, that's when you use Doubling Chant . Use the Isochron Scepter on either Dramatic Reversal to mill again or Commencement of Festivities to prevent damage. Just a fair warning, I'm somewhat new to mtg, so this deck is bound to be rough. My issue with it is that it currently can be easily shut down. I am accepting suggestions with open arms at the moment.
