Everyone gets sick and dies! Pestilence is the center-piece of this deck; I've had a deck built around that card since 4th! Great for multiplayer environments.

Most of your creatures are really in place to keep your pestilence alive, but don't be afraid to take pot-shots with them when you have the chance.

To keep your opponent dying faster than you, Stuffy Doll is a good start. Exquisite Blood also keeps you alive while your foes die... Sanguine Bond can turn that into infinite damage if you need it to.
