This is my Phenax Mill deck, and the general idea of the deck is of course to mill. I've wanted to make a mill deck with Phenax ever since I saw him and I feel like I've finally built a deck that does what I want it to do.

What does it do?

There's plethora of cards in the deck that mill, but Fraying Sanity, Jace, Memory Adept, and Hedron Crab are undeniably my favourites and just getting them out on the board is enough to make my opponents realise their demise is imminent.

The deck is also equipped with counters like Psychic Strike and removal like Cyclonic Rift to make sure that your opponents don't end up doing things that prevent you from doing what you want to do. As well as Sadistic Sacrament to make sure that an opponent doesn't end up milling a card like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth that would just take away all your hard work, or you can just use it to simply shut down you opponents decks.

How does it win?

Of course the deck can win by gradually milling an opponent but if that's taking too long you also have options to instantly mill someone with combos like Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank , or using creatures like Consuming Aberration and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger to just hit them to death instead.
