Attempt of a deck I'm building for FNM.

The primary goal is Phenax Mill, with a secondary win condition of swinging through with unblockable creatures such as the Gods or Consuming Aberration. As such, creatures are heavily important to this deck working. Frostburn Weird and Nightveil Specter are for the devotion boost necessary to turn Thassa and Phenax into creatures as quickly as possible, letting me use them as blockers and to tap for mill.
