Pulled a Phenax in a draft, decided to make him a fun commander that interacts with the table, making it more diplomatic and fun :)

Strategy:

You want a hand of a few walls, lands, and instants/sorceries. If you pull big threats, cycle them with Bane Alley Broker. Establish a board full of walls, and have Propaganda and/or Blood Reckoning, and let everyone else kill eachother. Once you're down to one or two opponents, then play Phenax, and use his tap ability to mill the rest out.

Or you pull out the big guns and put out Consuming Aberration, Mirko Vosk, Nemesis of Reason, Wrexial, etc. to finish them

Use the counter magic against major threats to you, and the mill spells once you've got one or two opponents left.

Overall, I think this deck is fun, but I'm working on tweaking it to it's potential :P
