This is my most recent edition of my Phenax, God of Deception deck. It was originally a big butt wall tap deck, and it slowly evolved into a multiple combo strategy deck. Of course you have some cheap big defensive creatures to get the most value out of Phenax's main ability, but I put in several alternate win conditions.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with a Sol Ring and Phenax, God of Deception on the board is infinite mill combo. Even without Sol Ring it could still be almost game ending mid to late game when you have 8-10 mana available and a good board state.

Eater of the Dead + Slagwurm Armor is infinite mill 90% of the time. Keep picking on each opponent's graveyard and even mill yourself or your own creatures to continuously just untap Eater of the Dead and mill for 10 cards each tap.

Tunnel Vision and any of the following cards are basically single player removal: Junktroller, Psychotic Episode, Ransack, Hinder, Spell Crumple or Spin into Myth. Counter a spell or fateseal a card onto the bottom of an opponent's library and name it with Tunnel Vision. If Junktroller is out it makes it even easier because you can time it if there is a control player, and save your mana for when they are tapped out. Also Possessed Skaab and Archaeomancer both let you bring back tunnel vision to be able to do it to another opponent.

Lastly any of these win conditions can be used on yourself as well. Like any mill deck Laboratory Maniac is your built in fail safe in case Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre is in your hand or on the battlefield.

This is a very fun deck to pilot, and it's always fun to watch atleast one of the people in your play group cringe as soon as they see Phenax in the command zone.
