This is a Sultai mill deck designed to use the flow of Skulker pumping for a lot of different parts of the deck with a few extra control tricks mixed in.

Skulker is by far the main card in the deck as the deck has plenty of draw to keep pumping him fast which plays several ways. In general he can hit hard, but mainly for other effects. With Phenax he can mill a lot, with Altar he can die, or be sacked, and create a bunch of tokens to force a mill and he can even help create draw with Legacy that would in turn pump another Skulker.

The deck focuses more on control by not letting things hit the board with counterspells. For the most part creatures hitting the board do not worry me and if they start to I still have the Charm to wipe them main board. Sideboard rocks other spot removal if needed.

Tormentor works as a good back up to the stalker to still get out a beast of a flyer who can let me draw more (pumping Skulker) or punish the opponent with sacks or life loss. With a 5 power he sets off ferocious and is a great combo for Life's Legacy to draw on as well.

The deck has two Scry lands (8 total) and Scheming to help control the future draws and dump what I do not need. This plus the draws should keep my hand in good shape at all times and let me control the game by putting in exactly what I need.
